Who we are
Our story
GetJob India was founded in Mumbai in 2012 with one desk, two phones and a simple conviction: recruitment in India could be done better. What began as a small placement practice in Andheri East has grown into a full-service consultancy hiring across the country — but the desk-level discipline of those early years never left.
We started because we had seen the other side too often. Candidates paying “registration fees” to consultancies that never called back. Resumes vanishing into black holes with no acknowledgement, no feedback, no closure. Employers buried under folders of unfiltered CVs that wasted weeks. We believed — and still believe — that hiring works when it is free for candidates, accountable to clients and honest with both. That belief is written into how we charge: candidates pay nothing, ever, and employers pay only when a candidate actually joins.
Today, GetJob India operates pan-India from offices in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Pune, with specialist desks across 10+ industries. More than 25,000 careers transformed and 1,200+ client companies later, the goal on day one is still the goal today: the right person, in the right role, at the right time.
