Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to getjobindia.com and the recruitment services of GetJob India Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (“GetJob India”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, registering as a candidate or engaging us as an employer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

The service

GetJob India is a recruitment consultancy. We connect candidates with client employers and support both sides through the hiring process. Our service is always free for candidates — we never charge job seekers a fee at any stage, for any reason.

If anyone asks you for money in our name — a “registration fee”, “processing charge” or any other payment — it is fraud. Do not pay, and report it to us immediately at hr@getjobindia.com or +91 63921 76434 so we can act on it.

Accurate information

You agree that everything you submit to us — your resume, work history, qualifications, current CTC, notice period and identity details — is true, accurate and your own. Misrepresentation may lead to withdrawal of your profile from active mandates, rejection by employers and closure of your registration with us.

Employer engagements

Services to employers are provided under a separate engagement letter that records the scope, fees, replacement terms and payment schedule for each mandate. If these terms conflict with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that mandate.

No guarantee of placement or hire

Hiring decisions rest solely with employers, and joining decisions rest solely with candidates. We work diligently on every mandate, but we do not guarantee that a candidate will be shortlisted, interviewed or placed, or that an employer will fill a role within any particular timeline.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to GetJob India or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit site content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party information as your own
• Use the site to send spam, solicitations or malicious content
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site’s security or availability
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download job listings or any site data

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetJob India is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our services, including loss of employment opportunity, loss of revenue or the conduct of employers or candidates introduced through us. The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GetJob India against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or inaccurate information you provide to us or to employers through us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
