No. Never, at any stage — not for registration, not for shortlisting, not after selection. If anyone asks you for a registration fee, processing charges or a refundable deposit in GetJob India’s name, they are a fraudster. Report them to us at hr@getjobindia.com.
Selectively, yes — mainly Gulf roles with employers we have verified directly. For our mandates, visa costs are borne by the employer, not you. Never pay anyone for an overseas job; a genuine employer does not need your money to hire you.
Yes. Every shortlisted candidate gets specific resume feedback from their consultant, plus an interview prep call before important rounds. This is part of our standard process and completely free for job seekers.
Your consultant is your single point of contact, and you will get updates over email and WhatsApp after each stage. An honest note: shortlisted profiles hear back within days, but if a role is not a fit, updates can be slower because we wait for employer feedback. You can always message your consultant directly for status.

We work on a success-fee model for permanent roles: you pay only after the candidate joins, typically 8.33% to 16.67% of annual CTC depending on the role level and volume. Executive search mandates run on a retained model with milestone payments. All fees attract 18% GST.
For most mid-level roles, expect a screened shortlist within 48 to 72 hours of the intake call. Niche skills and leadership mandates take longer — usually one to two weeks — because we verify each profile before it reaches you. Your account manager will commit a date upfront.
Yes. We run walk-in drives, provide assessment and screening support, and manage multi-city rollouts for roles like sales, operations, warehouse and customer support. Recent drives have closed 40+ positions in a single quarter for one client. Tell us your headcount and timeline, and we will plan the drive calendar.
If a candidate we placed leaves within 90 days of joining, we replace them at no additional fee. The exact terms — timelines, exclusions and how replacements are prioritised — are spelled out in your engagement letter, so there are no surprises later.

We are headquartered in Mumbai with branch offices in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Pune. Our mandates cover 10+ Indian cities including Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Kolkata, plus remote roles and selective Gulf positions. Candidates from any city can register.
Check the sender’s email domain — every genuine mail from us comes from @getjobindia.com, with no variations or free email addresses. You can also call our Mumbai office to confirm any offer or interview call. Remember: we never ask for money at any stage. Forward anything suspicious to hr@getjobindia.com and we will act on it.
