About the role
Nexvora’s HR-tech product is used by 1,200 companies to run payroll and attendance, and the frontend team is growing from 8 to 12 developers this quarter. You will build customer-facing modules in a Next.js codebase that already has strong conventions, so you spend your time shipping features rather than fighting setup. Hinjewadi office, two days a week in person, the rest from home.
Key responsibilities
- Build new payroll and leave-management screens in React with TypeScript
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, accessible components using Tailwind CSS
- Manage server state with React Query and client state with Redux Toolkit
- Raise pull requests daily and close review comments within one working day
- Add Jest and React Testing Library coverage for every component you ship
- Debug production issues reported through the customer-success queue and fix them within SLA
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional React development on a product that real users depend on
- Solid TypeScript fundamentals, including generics and discriminated unions
- Hands-on experience with Next.js routing and server-side rendering
- Ability to read API contracts and integrate REST endpoints without hand-holding
- Familiarity with Git branching workflows and CI pipelines
Nice to have
- Experience with charting libraries such as Recharts or Chart.js
- Basic Node.js knowledge for occasional BFF-layer changes
- Exposure to accessibility audits (WCAG 2.1)
